I hereby agree and confirm that I will be available and attending for both the 19th and 20th Of July for the Artist Market at the premises of NostalgiaNique.
I agree to esnure that I adhere to open and closing times of the Artist Market. Tables must be set up open for trade by 08:45am and closed at 16:30pm.
Vendors are required to pack up and remove goods from the site after each day. NostalgiaNique FS will not guarantee the safety of any products left overnight. Tables and Chairs may be moved to the back after closing time.
I agree that I will not be selling or trading in any Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol or any products/substances that may be racially discrimantry, of a sexual nature or products prohibited by law for the duration of the event.
I agree that all products are my own and have authorisation to sell these and I am the legal owner of all products.
I agree that I am responsible for the safekeeping while on display and during transportation and can not hold NostalgiaNique (Pty) Ltd, or NostalgiaNique FS its members, directors or staff responsible or accountable for any losses incurred by me due to damage, theft, fire or any other event that may incur losses before during or after the Artist Market.
I agree that NostalgiaNique (Pty) Ltd will be entitled to a 10% commision of the total sales revenue generated at the Artist Market.
I hereby agree that my deposit of R400 is non-refundable and my slot may be given away should I not be able to attend the Artist Market.
I agree to pay a 10% commission of all sales made to NostalgiaNique Freedom Space which covers cleaning, security and payment services.
I agree to help create a wonderful, friendly and amazing event for all parties in attendance and will be respectful to other Artists and their products.
I agree to tag @Nostalgianiuqe on all social media posts related to the event and will be an active follower and sharer to my customer base via all social media channels to ensure a succesful and well attended event.
NostlagiaNique FS will be running a social media campaign for the event
NostalgiaNique FS will not be renting any tables or furniture for your display. Should you wish us to arrange these there is an additional charge of R300 per day for one table and one chair.
I agree that I will bring my own banners, posters, flyers and any other marketing material I require for my display.
I agree that I will bring a table, table cloths, decorations, utensils and wrapping material required for my stall.
Stall/Space will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
NostalgiaNique reserves the right reject or cancel any application upon their discretion.
NostalgiaNique (Pty) Ltd will be providing on-site security who will watch cars and ensure the safety of all customers and vendors.
Your space will only be reserved once the application form, terms and conditions accepted and all payments are made by the 18th July 2025.
Deposits must be made to NostalgiaNique Freedom Space, Nedbank, Acc # 129 242 7256 and proof of payment sent to freedomspace@nostalgianick.com
NostalgiaNique (Pty) Ltd will provide a central payment station for all transactional payments for customers for the duration of the Artist Market and this will be the sole point of sale during the event.
The payment station will handle both Cash and Card transactions on behalf of all vendors.
Payment reimbursements for sales made less the 10% commission will be paid back to within 72 hours of the event closure.
A payment reconciliation of all sales for all vendors and sales record of sales will be done with each purchase made at the end of each trading day and a final recon will be signed and agreed before you leave on Sunday.
Cash Payments will be made at the end of each day less the 10% commission.
I agree that we will use a carbon receipt book provided by NostalgiaNique (Pty) Ltd to record all sales to customers and they will in turn handover a receipt for payment processing. The receipt original will (for reconcilaition purposes) be held by the appointed Payments clerk and an electronic reciept will be sent to the client for proof of payment purposes and goods to be released.
No Vendor will be authorised to provide Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or receive any form of direct payment (e-wallet, eft, cash) details to customers for payment processing. Vendors found processing payments via EFT face immediate expulsion from the ART Market.
