The rebuild of the clock meant stripping out the quartz movement and paper face and replacing with a period correct Mechanical Pendulum movement manufactured by world renowned and famous AD Mougin, famous clock designer in the Rococo style. Left "Naked" at the back you are able to see the inner workings of the gears, pendulum and springs of the clock. The face itself was also repaced with an original enamel movement with painted dials in keeping with the style and period. All restoration work conducted comes with a ONE YEAR GUARANTEE on workmanship. Chimes are heard every half hour (1 chime) and every hour. She Runs perfectly on time.
