At Nicholas S Antiques and Collectables we subscribe to decent and caring values for all our customers.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to our business, so we have taken steps to protect your information and will not share any information or data with anyone else and promise to protect you at all times. Through Wix we have chosen a secure online platform for all our customers.

We will not tolerate any kind of racism, sexism, homophobia or harassment of any kind against any member of staff, customer or visitor to this site as we strive to support an inclusive society.   

Our Shipping Policy

National Delivery (South Africa)

  1. Items can and will only be despatched for delivery once full payment has been made and received. Please allow for 2-3 days for the despatch of your order.  

  2. Upon payment received transport arrangements will be made solely with the registered customer (buyer) to an agreed delivery address  and the agreed date. 

  3. Standard delivery courier service will be arranged, for express, overnight or same day deliveries will be for the Buyers expense and account.

  4. Nicholas S (Seller) may not be held liable for damage during transit due to negligence or any other reason outside of our control.  

International Delivery (Outside South Africa)

  1. Items can and will only be despatched for delivery once full payment has been made and received. Please allow for 3-5 days for the despatch of your order.  

  2. Upon payment received transport arrangements will be made solely with the registered customer (buyer) to an agreed delivery address and the agreed date. Cost of transportation will be for the customers account.  

  3. Standard delivery courier services will be arranged; Express, overnight or same day deliveries will be for the Buyers expense and account.

  4. Nicholas S may not be held liable for damage during transit due to negligence or any other reason outside of our control.

Warranty of Goods

Our Policy

Whilst every effort is made to only source the best quality pieces in the finest condition, due to the age of certain items there may be wear marks, makers marks or stains. All pieces are thoroughly cleaned upon and prior to delivery to you using only best cleaning methods for that item. All items (unless expressly stated) do not carry a warranty.
